Saunova provides free curbside freight delivery on all sauna orders.

Cold Plunges

Cold plunges do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.

Order Processing

We process sauna and cold plunge orders every Friday once Shopify releases payment.

Before shipment, we email you to confirm your delivery address, verify the order details, and ensure you are ready to receive a freight shipment.

Scheduling Delivery

All products ship via LTL freight carrier.

A carrier will call 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a day and a 4-hour window.

A single driver unloads the pallet to the curb or driveway.

Please notify us of any access concerns: long driveways, low branches, narrow roads, gated communities, apartments, etc.

Service Level

• Delivery is curbside only.

• Drivers do not enter garages, backyards, or inside the home.

• No white-glove or installation services are offered.

If your property cannot accommodate a 53 ft semi-truck, we can arrange delivery to a nearby accessible location.

Packaging

• 1–2 person saunas typically arrive in one box.

• Larger saunas arrive in multiple boxes.

• Cold plunges ship fully crated.

All units are strapped vertically to a pallet for secure transport.

Remote or Difficult Locations

We may cancel orders shipping to islands, remote regions, or locations with restricted freight access.
Additional fees may apply.

Upon Delivery: Inspect Your Shipment

• Inspect the exterior of all boxes or crates before signing.

• Note any scratches, dents, or concerns on the delivery receipt.

• You do not need to open the boxes on the spot.

• If there is major damage (large holes, crushed wood), refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Saunova Warranty — Dynamic Infrared Saunas (Golden Designs, Inc.)

At-a-glance (plain English)

• Who this covers: Original purchaser, at the original install address, within the continental U.S. Warranty is not transferable and ends if the unit is relocated or ownership changes.

• Where this applies: Most Dynamic infrared models are indoor use only (see “Outdoor exception” below).

• What’s covered: Defects in materials and workmanship for the wood/structure, heating elements, and electronics.

• Parts only: Warranty covers parts; it does not cover labor.

Golden Designs, Inc. (Dynamic brand) warrants the product for 1–5 years by component and use case as listed above. Your dated sales receipt is your proof of purchase.

Indoor-use condition (important)

Dynamic infrared saunas are designed for indoor installations. Installing an indoor-only unit outdoors or exposing it to weather (rain, snow, sun, wind, extreme temperatures) voids the warranty.

Outdoor exception — outdoor-rated saunas only

If your model is explicitly designated by the manufacturer as an outdoor sauna (e.g., outdoor/traditional or outdoor-rated hybrid/barrel lines noted on the product page), the warranty remains in force provided all outdoor requirements in the owner’s manual are met, including (as applicable):

• Installation on a stable, level, drained base with required clearances/venting

• Use of any roof/covering or protective finishes the manual specifies (e.g., re-apply exterior stain/sealant as instructed)

• Keeping the unit free of standing water, ice buildup, and snow load on roofs

• Electrical service that matches the spec plate and local code

• Normal maintenance (tightening hardware, door adjustments, cleaning, etc.)

Damage from improper outdoor setup, lack of maintenance, flooding, severe storms, salt fog/corrosion, or other environmental extremes is not covered. If a product page or brand PDF lists different terms for an outdoor line, those brand terms control.

Extent of warranty

• Applies to Dynamic-brand products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc., delivered within the continental U.S.

• Extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only and starts at the purchase date.

• Terminates upon reaching the listed time frames, owner transfer, or relocation.

• Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer warranty details (parts & procedure)

• Products are warranted to be free of defects at delivery.

• Certain appliances/accessories (e.g., stereos, CD/DVD players) are covered by their respective manufacturers.

• Replaced parts become the property of Golden Designs, Inc.; equivalent parts may be substituted to honor coverage.

• Parts deemed defective must be returned to Golden Designs for warranty service.

• Customer prepays shipping, duties/taxes (if any), and insurance for parts sent/returned.

• Proof of purchase is required. Altered/forged proof or defaced/removed serial numbers void coverage.

• Warranty covers parts only; labor is not covered.

What isn’t covered (limitations)

Warranty is void for negligence, alteration, modification, misuse/abuse, inappropriate installation, or repairs by non-authorized personnel. Examples include (but aren’t limited to):

• Applying lacquers/paints to the sauna

• Placing the product on non-approved surfaces

• Installing an indoor-only unit outdoors

• Normal wear and weathering

• Use not in accordance with the owner’s manual

• Worn wall receptacles or improper electrical supply

• Surface cracks from natural wood expansion/contraction (normal for kiln-dried lumber)

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• Golden Designs, Inc. is not liable for loss of use or any secondary/incidental/consequential costs (e.g., removal of built-ins, deck sections, crane service).

• Any implied warranties are limited to the same duration as the express terms above.

• Golden Designs, Inc. and its representatives are not liable for injury or property damage, however arising.

• Specifications may change without notice.

Your legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary by state/province.

How to get service with Saunova

1. Contact Saunova first: Send your order number, model, serial, photos/video, and a brief issue summary. We’ll help troubleshoot and document the claim.

2. Coordination with Golden Designs: When parts are required, we’ll follow Golden’s procedures (including any required part returns).

3. Shipping for parts: Customer is responsible for outbound shipping, duties/taxes (if applicable), and insuring returned parts per manufacturer instructions.

4. Resolution: Golden Designs will repair/replace warranted parts; replaced parts become Golden’s property.

Discontinued models

If a model or component is discontinued, the original warranty terms still apply for the stated durations. Golden Designs, Inc. may substitute functionally equivalent parts if exact parts are no longer available.
