If another authorized Golden Designs dealer lists the same sauna for less, we’ll do our best to match or beat their price.
Simply contact us through our form for a review — because exceptional value is part of the Saunova standard.
Final pricing adjustments are subject to verification and are not guaranteed; see disclaimer for details.
Plain-English expectations for electrical safety, verification, shipping, delivery, returns, and legal terms for every Saunova order.
To prevent delivery problems and protect your warranty, we verify key details by email (and phone) before shipping and will hold shipment until you confirm:
Shipping address & two contact numbers for the freight carrier’s appointment.
Access conditions (truck reach, curb space, stairs/elevators, gates, long/steep/soft drives).
Electrical readiness for your model (examples: many 1–3 person IR units need 120V/15–20A; common 3-person+ lines need dedicated 20A/120V; larger units may need two or three dedicated 20A circuits; traditional/hybrid typically 240V/30–40A—see your spec sheet).
If we cannot reach you or you decline to confirm after multiple attempts, we may cancel and refund under the terms below.
A licensed electrician must install and/or inspect the circuit(s), breaker(s), wire gauge, receptacle(s), and GFCI/DFCIs (if specified) before powering the unit. DIY inspection is not permitted.
Power must match the spec plate (voltage, amperage, breaker type, number of circuits; many models require dedicated circuits).
You are responsible for local code/permit/HOA compliance. Non-compliant installs can void coverage.
Safety disclaimer: All customers must have a licensed electrician verify the outlet/circuit—regardless of personal expertise—before use.
Typical ship time: Most saunas depart in ~2 business days; we provide tracking once freight leaves the warehouse. The carrier calls 24–48 hours prior with a ~4-hour window.
Service level: Curbside LTL pallet delivery. One driver uses a liftgate to place the pallet at curb or end of driveway. Inside delivery, stairs, and assembly are not included.
Packaging: 1–2 person units often arrive in one box; larger units in multiple boxes strapped vertically to a pallet. Carriers commonly use 53-ft semis.
Your address must be reachable by a 26–53 ft truck on paved roads with safe space to stop/unload and pallet-jack to curb/drive.
If the location is inaccessible or unsafe (islands, remote/difficult roads, steep/soft/gravel drives, low branches/overhead obstructions, gated restrictions, seasonal closures, weather/terrain), Saunova may cancel the shipment and refund the order. You may instead choose a different deliverable address or a carrier-terminal pickup (when available).
Some difficult/remote areas may require additional shipping/handling; we’ll notify you before shipping when possible.
Inspect before signing: Photograph all sides of the pallet/crates and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading.
Refuse only for severe damage (e.g., a large puncture/through-hole). For minor scuffs/dents, note on the BOL, accept the freight, and report to us with photos—this speeds parts replacement.
Concealed damage: Report within 24–48 hours with photos/video. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Carriers may charge redelivery, address-change, and terminal-storage fees beyond their grace period. These carrier-assessed fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Confirm both assembled dimensions and crate dimensions fit the path (doors, turns, stairs, elevators). Provide a level surface (indoor: non-carpeted; outdoor: stable, drained base).
Traditional/hybrid models require the venting/clearances in the manual.
After electrician sign-off, run an empty “burn-in” session to off-gas and verify controls.
Cancel window: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
Return window: When eligible, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, require an RMA, original packaging, and undamaged/unused condition.
Fees: Customer is responsible for outbound freight, return freight (often higher than outbound), any redelivery/storage/reroute fees, and any published restocking fee.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued after the product arrives back and passes inspection.
Refusals/undeliverable: Refusals not due to carrier-documented damage are processed under the Return Policy (restocking + two-way freight). If undeliverable due to address errors, inaccessibility, or missed appointments, related fees are the customer’s responsibility. We may cancel and refund (less actual freight/fees) if safe access cannot be made within a reasonable window.
Infrared (Golden Designs, Dynamic, Maxxus): 5-Year parts on electronics/heaters/cabinet components.
Traditional/Hybrid: 5-Year on electronics/IR; 1-Year on the stove/heater unit.
DCT (cold therapy): 1-Year parts on tubs & chillers; covers ~90 days; filters are consumables (no warranty).
Warranties are manufacturer-issued; Saunova coordinates claims.
Not medical advice. Consult a physician if pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are heat/cold sensitive. Results are not guaranteed; benefits vary by person.
Operating ranges: Temperature/EMF figures are lab values; real-world performance varies with power quality, ambient conditions, installation, and maintenance.
Cold tubs: You are responsible for water chemistry and preventing freezing; chemical/freeze/biofouling damage is excluded.
Natural variation: Wood is natural. Color, grain, minor finish variation, and hairline checks are normal and not defects.
Saunas get very hot. Air, heating elements, guards, metal trim, and glass can become hot to the touch. Do not touch infrared panels, the rock heater, or any exposed heater parts at any time.
Leave immediately if you feel dizzy, light-headed, nauseated, short of breath, or unwell—especially if you are fatigued, dehydrated, or have taken alcohol, sedatives, or any drug that makes you drowsy.
Start with short sessions (e.g., 10–15 minutes), hydrate, and cool down between rounds. Do not sleep in the sauna.
Children, older adults, pregnant users, and anyone with medical conditions should consult a physician before use. Minors must be supervised.
For traditional/hybrid units: Steam is extremely hot. Add water to rocks carefully and never oil or flammables. Keep clearances and heater guards in place; do not cover or lean on heaters/panels.
Ensure ventilation is as specified and that the door opens freely at all times.
We take pride in offering premium wellness products at fair, competitive prices.
If you find the same model sold by an authorized Golden Designs, Inc. (GDI) dealer at a lower publicly listed price, we’ll do our best to match or beat it whenever possible.
How It Works: To request a review, contact us using the form on our Contact page before purchasing or within 24 hours of your order. Include:
The competitor’s website link or quote showing the lower price
The exact model name and SKU
Any details on current promotions or coupons applied
Conditions & Exclusions:
Price match is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The competitor must be an authorized GDI dealer offering a new, identical model (same brand, size, features, and warranty).
The item must be in stock, publicly advertised, and not part of a clearance, liquidation, open-box, auction, bundle, or financing promotion.
Requests must be made prior to checkout or within 24 hours of purchase — we cannot adjust completed transactions after this window.
Shipping, taxes, and applicable fees are included when comparing total prices.
Saunova reserves the right to decline a price match or withdraw the offer if verification cannot be made.
Approved Matches:
If approved, we’ll issue a one-time coupon or adjusted invoice reflecting the matched or improved price before fulfillment.
Approved matches do not apply retroactively or to future sales events.
Electricians/assemblers are independent contractors you select. You agree to hold Saunova harmless for third-party workmanship.
We may cancel/refund orders affected by obvious pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized payment. We may request ID/order verification before shipping.
We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (carrier delays, weather, strikes, disasters, supply interruptions, government actions).
You agree to contact us first to resolve shipment/quality issues. Filing a chargeback on delivered merchandise without documentation and a reasonable cure period may be treated as fraudulent. We provide tracking and inspection records to processors.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery at curbside to your address as evidenced by the carrier’s delivery scan/signature and the Bill of Lading.
By placing an order, you consent to order-related calls/texts/emails (address/electrical verification, delivery scheduling, claim documentation). To change how we contact you or to opt out of non-essential communications, contact us directly and we’ll assist promptly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saunova and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost use or business). Remedies are limited to those in the manufacturer warranty and Saunova Return Policy.
This page summarizes key requirements. Your invoice, Saunova Terms of Sale, Return Policy, and the manufacturer’s written warranty govern in case of any difference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge you’ve read and agree to these terms.
